Overview
Scrum is the most popular Agile project management and project development methodology/framework in use today.
Within a Scrum team, the Product Owner role is a core role that is critical for success. The Product Owner communicates the prioritised business requirements to the Scrum team, creates the prioritised backlog and defines the acceptance criteria.
The Product Owner also delivers business value to the customer through incremental product releases.
The course, delivered by Glass Rock Solutions, provides participants with a detailed understanding of the role of a Product Owner in a Scrum Team. The Product Owner represents the interests of the stakeholder community to the team. The Product Owner must understand and support the needs and interests of all stakeholders, while also understanding the needs and workings of the Scrum Team.

Examination
This course pricing includes an exam voucher to sit an online proctored exam through SCRUMstudy. The voucher is valid for 180 days.
The exam format is:
- Multiple choice
- 120 minutes duration
- 100 questions per exam
- After passing the exam, each student’s certificate will be mailed to them by SCRUMstudy.
Learning Outcomes

- Have a deep understanding of the Scrum Frameworks, its philosophy and principles
- Have practical knowledge of Scrum from the Product Owner perspective including roles, meetings and artefacts
- Be comfortable taking on the role of the Product Owner in their organisation
- Be prepared with the necessary knowledge to take the online Scrum Product Owner Certification (SPOC) exam
