Building Glass Rock Solutions

Preetie is grounded in her vision to transform individuals, families and communities, one person at a time. This philosophy underpins all of Glass Rock’s interactions with clients.

I wanted to create something that would make a real difference in people’s lives. As technology has expanded, I have found a personally rewarding niche at the intersection where people and technology meet. The large transformation and change management projects are immensely satisfying as they provide a platform to support the transformation of communities through the transformation of an organisation.

As a society, we are at a critical junction. Human beings are having to adapt at a faster pace than ever before, process more information than ever before and do more with less – this combination of variables often impacts many as they are left feeling overwhelmed and vulnerable, impacted by anxiety and high levels of stress. At Glass Rock, we are specially equipped to work with these unique variables, supporting directly with the resolution of crises points and recognising symptoms swiftly to enable a positive change and transformation experience at all levels, including individual and organisational. We ensure transformation is positive – and help make the leadership journey a little easier.”

“Thought provoking content that challenges you to think more broadly about options available to leaders leading through change.”
