This course and certification scheme, delivered by Glass Rock Solutions, have been developed in partnership with the Association for Project Management (APM) and are based on their guide: Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring and Control – The Practical Project Management of Time, Cost and Risk.
The guide is APM’s first comprehensive set of guidance and best practice for project planning and control and is applicable across all industries and sectors.
This particular training builds on the skills learned in Project Planning & Control™ (PPC) Foundation Training and results in certification.

Practitioner Exam
The assessment is three hours in duration and consists of an eight question paper with 10 marks available per question. A 50% pass rate is required. It is an open-book (Project Planning & Control guide only) exam.
