PRINCE2® Foundation and PRINCE2® Practitioner courses are offered separately or as a bundle course. They are highly recommended to be done in tandem to consolidate learning quickly and achieve the best outcomes.

PRINCE2® Practitioner certification
Overview
PRINCE2® is the world’s most practised project management methodology. Its high adoption rates can be attributed to the fact that it is a flexible method for project management, which is suitable for projects of any size and scale. This course can also be tailored to meet your organisational requirements.
Glass Rock Solutions offers the PRINCE2® certification, which consists of two levels of training, Foundation and Practitioner.
PRINCE2® Practitioner certification is designed for those who want a deeper understanding of the methodology in order to lead and manage projects.
The purpose of the Practitioner certification is to confirm whether you have sufficient understanding of how to apply and tailor the method in a range of different project environments and scenarios. However, it can be a useful certification for other team members who are involved in the design, development and delivery of projects, including: Project Board members, Business Change Analysts, support and administration staff and operational line managers or staff. Certification is obtained upon passing the course exam.
It is highly recommended that students in both courses undertake their own study and review outside of course time to prepare for the examinations.

Examination
The exam duration is 2.5 hours and consists of 68 questions per paper. It is an open book exam; students are able to refer to the PRINCE2 manual supplied. Students must achieve a 55% pass rate to be eligible for certification.
