Overview

This training is designed for emerging leaders, or people who have been newly promoted to their first leadership position.
The training takes a practical look at how to move from being the expert amongst one’s peers to stepping into management.
Participants will learn about different styles of leadership and specific communication skills that will reposition the new team leader in the eyes of their peers within the new role.
Learn key management skills to lead high performers, as well as those needing performance management and those in-between.
The training is also for people who want to enhance their leadership skills and build better working relationships, while achieving individual, team and organisational results.
Target Audience
This training is designed for anyone in a new team leadership or management role or in an existing management role but wanting to refresh and improve their strategies. The training will be specifically customised by Glass Rock Solutions for your group of attendees.
