Overview 

FACT: no matter how compelling the vision or how brilliant the strategy, without effective communication there cannot be results-focused execution. The conscious application of effective communication is essential to becoming an individual whose team chooses to follow and perform for.

This training, delivered by Glass Rock Solutions, is focused on how successful leaders communicate in order to drive vision and achieve top results.

This fast-paced, practical and results-driven program is designed for experienced leaders/managers who are focused on achieving greater efficiency in the workplace by strengthening communication skills. You will embark on a high-energy program of self-assessment, one-on-one feedback, case studies and exercises, which are designed to:

  • Uncover your natural strengths, weaknesses, motivators, de-motivators and how you relate as a leader
  • Help you identify those tasks that require high levels of energy and tasks that will energise you.
  • Help you develop strategies that will see you effectively relate to your team and certain situations which you previously might have considered too hard or avoided.
  • Shift your focus to leading your team rather than managing them.
  • Provide a framework to dissolve resistance, inspire and empower.

 

You will walk away armed with highly practical techniques to shape your leadership messages, leverage not just positional leadership strategies but also effectively engage in conversations, robust as well challenging ones, to achieve powerful results.

Profiling: Both a Personal Leadership analysis and Leadership Team analysis will be completed as part of this training.
