Overview

At Glass Rock Solutions, we devise and deliver training solutions to corporate, government agencies, public sectors, multinational organisations and private individuals. We offer both in-house and online training.

We offer the ITIL Strategic Leader (ITIL SL) course, which recognises the value of ITIL, not just for IT Operations, but for all digitally enabled services.

Being recognised as an ITIL Strategic Leader demonstrates that the professional has a clear understanding of how IT influences and directs business strategy.

Both ITIL Direct, Plan and Improve (DPI) and the Digital and IT Strategy modules are valuable independently, but both must be completed to obtain the ITIL Strategic Leader designation.

Prerequisite

As well as successful completion of both of the above modules, the course mandates three years of managerial experience as a prerequisite along with successful completion of ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
