Overview
The ITIL 4 Strategist: Direct, Plan and Improve (DPI) course is designed to provide IT practitioners with an understanding of service quality and improvement methods. It provides the necessary skills for continuously planning, assessing and delivering continual improvement in line with strategic direction, with necessary agility. It is aimed at managers and strategic leaders.
Participants will acquire relevant knowledge to pass the ITIL 4 DPI certification exam.
The ITIL 4 DPI module is common to both ITIL 4 streams: Managing Professional and Strategic Leader.

Exam
The course includes the assessment, the ITIL 4 Strategist: Direct, Plan and Improve (DPI) exam at the end of day three of the course. It is a 90-minute closed book exam consisting of 40 multiple choice questions and a pass mark of 70% (28/40) is required.
