ITIL® 4 Specialist: High Velocity IT (HVIT)

Overview

We offer the ITIL 4 High Velocity IT (HVIT) course, which is designed to enable practitioners to explore the ways in which digital organisations and digital operating models function in high velocity environments. This course addresses the specifics of digital transformation and helps organisations to evolve towards a convergence of business and technology, or to establish a new digital organisation.

This course includes the use of working practices such as Agile and Lean, and technical practices and technologies such as Cloud, Automation and Automatic Testing, focusing on rapid delivery of products and services to obtain maximum value.

The ITIL 4 HVIT module is part of the ITIL 4 Managing Professional (MP) stream, which provides practical and technical knowledge about how to run successful IT-enabled services, teams and workflows.

This course also includes a copy of the ITIL HVIT Handbook, containing practical material for reference back in the workplace.

Examination

The assessment is a 90-minute closed book exam consisting of 40 multiple choice questions and requires a pass mark of 70% (28/40).

It is highly recommended that you spend some time each evening of this course reviewing and consolidating what you’ve learned, to be well prepared for the exam.
