ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
ITIL 4 Foundation is the entry-level certification, offering candidates a general awareness of the key elements, concepts and terminology used in ITIL 4 for modern IT-enabled service management.
The three-day ITIL 4 Foundation course is also for those who need a basic understanding of ITIL, or would like to progress to higher levels within the ITIL 4 certification scheme.
There are no prerequisites for this course.
Glass Rock Solutions also offers a two-day upgrade to ITIL 4 Foundation course for students with an existing ITIL v3 Foundation certification. The exam and resulting certification are the same as for the three-day course.
