Emotional intelligence, also called EQ, is the ability to be aware of and to manage emotions and relationships. It is a fundamental factor in personal and professional success.

IQ might get you in the door, but it is your EQ – your ability to connect with others and manage the emotions of yourself and others – that will determine how successful you are in life.

When we look at truly extraordinary people who inspire and make a difference, it’s possible to see that they do this by genuinely connecting with people at both a personal and an emotional level. What differentiates them is not their IQ but their EQ – their emotional intelligence.

The two key social skills in the Emotional Intelligence Model are social awareness and relationship building.

In this immersive 1-2 day workshop, you will increase your ability to accurately recognise your own emotions, others’ emotions and your emotional response to different and difficult situations. This highly valuable understanding and awareness will as a result enable you to influence and/or lead any circumstance with clarity and strength, both at work and home.
