Overview

Email has fast become a preferred method of business communication, both internally, and externally to customers, and as more business is conducted online and in ‘virtual’ environments, email etiquette only becomes more important.

Email is a powerful tool when used correctly. This course teaches participants not just how to structure their emails to write professionally, communicate clearly and concisely so there is minimal opportunity for misinterpretation, but it also teaches practical tools for ensuring that your inbox remains organised, for creating and managing group communications and more.
