- Identify other thinking styles, including left/right brain thinking (Whole Brain® Thinking)
- Techniques to sieve out assumptions
- Apply questioning and active listening to gather information, including facts
- Learn to build, analyse and evaluate evidence-based arguments
- Understand Edward De Bono’s Six Hats Thinking to identify solutions to a problem
- Evaluate solutions by observing them from the client’s/stakeholder’s perspective.
