Coping with Change and Building Resilience Workshop

Duration: 1 – 2 day(s)

Overview

It has often been said that change is really the only thing we can count on. And in today’s fast-paced, increasingly competitive business environment, this phrase is certainly true.

It’s important for businesses to develop workforces that are adaptable and resilient, able to cope with change. When the change that is occurring is not something we can control ourselves, we can end up feeling resentful, fatigued and overwhelmed. We can lose confidence and perspective.

This program, delivered by Glass Rock Solutions, is specifically designed to help participants cope with the pressure, stress and uncertainty of change, and to build resilience and positive attitudes, and the ability to ‘bounce back’ in the face of adversity through proven strategies.

It helps people to change their mindsets about the change, to look for the opportunity, rather than feel burdened by the negatives of the status quo. Participants will gain an understanding of their own level of tolerance for change, and how to improve this with resilient thinking which helps to alter their responses to situations and builds their capacity for dealing with uncertainty and challenges.
