When teams operate with ‘synergy’ they are in sync – like well-oiled cogs, they cooperate effectively to meet a common goal. Individuals understand the knowledge and strengths they each bring to the team and what their role and objectives are in accomplishing the common goal.
Team members have high levels of trust, communicate effectively and keep each other accountable.
Profiling can be used to adapt internally and externally to accomplish any goal we set our minds to!
Profiling is an invaluable tool for better understanding group dynamics. It enables individuals to understand themselves better, providing insights into personality drivers, strengths and weaknesses, and importantly, why they get along with some people and not others.
When it is used as a team building tool, it helps the team as a whole to understand each other better, to recognise diversity as a strength and bring that diversity together as a whole.
