AgileSHIFT® Project Manager Practitioner

Overview
The AgileSHIFT® Project Management Practitioner course, delivered by Glass Rock Solutions, is specifically designed to provide students with the in-depth knowledge and understanding required to practise and apply the AgileSHIFT® Project Management methodology.
To undertake this course, participants must achieve competency in the Agile Project Management Foundation qualification and demonstrate an applied knowledge of Agile Project Management in a set of project scenarios.
This course, accredited by APMG, provides the world’s first independent certification in Agile Project Management. It provides participants with an understanding of how the Agile Project Management process can guide the planning, management and control of successful and well-organised Agile projects.
Participants will be provided with a copy of the Agile Project Management (White Book) version 2, which is the only reference material that can be used in the exam.

Examination
To complete the course and receive Project Manager Practitioner Certification, participants must achieve a 50% pass in the exam, which is undertaken on the morning of day two. The exam is an open-book exam; participants are allowed to refer to the Agile Project Management Handbook v2.
