This invaluable course is designed to create enterprise agility – that is, an organisation’s ability to adapt quickly and seamlessly to change and in fact embrace change as an opportunity for innovation and growth.

AgileSHIFT® training provides an overview of common agile ways of working and provides a simple framework consisting of five principles and five practices, roles, competencies, workflow, tools and techniques.

Examination

This course includes an AgileSHIFT Exam at the end of the course. The exam format is as follows:

  • 45 minute duration
  • 33 multiple choice questions and a pass mark of 20/33 (approx 60%)

 

Practice exam papers are provided and received by the trainer to help participants prepare for the assessment; however, it is recommended that participants spend time outside of the course reviewing and reading material to prepare for the exam.
