Overview
Management of Portfolios (MoP) approaches the management of change projects and programs from a strategic viewpoint.
It provides an overview of all change activities, including what is in the portfolio, what it is costing, what organisational and implementation risks are faced, what progress is being made, and most importantly what the impact on business as usual and organisational strategic objectives is.
MoP builds on and coordinates existing processes such as strategic planning, investment appraisal and program and project management to be effective and add value, by addressing fundamental principles including:

This course is designed to prepare students for practitioner training and is delivered by Glass Rock Solutions as either onsite training, or online.

Practitioner Exam
The assessment is a three-hour, open book, multiple choice exam. Participants must achieve a 50% pass rates to obtain the Management of Portfolio (MoP) Practitioner Certification.
