Overview
Management of Portfolios (MoP) approaches the management of change projects and programs from a strategic viewpoint. It provides an overview of all change activities, including what is in the portfolio, what it is costing, what organisational and implementation risks are faced, what progress is being made, and most importantly what the impact on business as usual and organisational strategic objectives is.
MoP builds on and coordinates existing processes such as strategic planning, investment appraisal and program and project management to be effective and add value, by addressing fundamental principles including:

Foundation Exam
Participants are required to undertake a 40 minute, 50 question, multiple choice question exam. Participants must achieve a 50% pass rate in this assessment to pass the Management of Portfolio (MoP) Foundation Certification.
Learning Outcomes
Participants will gain a sound working knowledge and understanding to work as an informed member of a portfolio, program or project management team.
