Planning, monitoring and control are critical aspects of project management. Implemented effectively, project success rates can increase dramatically. This course and certification scheme, delivered by Glass Rock Solutions, have been developed in partnership with the Association for Project Management (APM) and are based on their guide: Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring and Control – The Practical Project Management of Time, Cost and Risk.

The guide is APM’s first comprehensive set of guidance and best practice for project planning and control and is applicable across all industries and sectors.

Exam

To complete the course, participants must achieve a 50% pass rate in the exam, a 50-question multiple choice assessment, 40 minutes in duration.
