Critical Thinking

Group of office workers in a boardroom presentation

Duration 1 day

Overview

In this day and age, competition, technological disruption, the constant challenges of a global marketplace and 24/7 online connectivity have posed complex challenges for business. A big challenge for teams is each person is having to make more decisions in any given day than ever before. A series of good decisions and poor decisions makes all the difference to outcomes and results achieved. However, one’s ability to make good decisions directly relies on one’s ability to apply critical thinking at the right time.

So, having a workforce which has the ability to objectively analyse and evaluate challenges through the process of critical thinking is vital to success in this ever-changing work environment.

This course, delivered by Glass Rock Solutions, will help teams improve their logical and critical thinking skills. The skills and practical tools covered in this course are proven techniques which can be used to identify challenges and respond to them in a structured and considered manner.

Being able to confidently and adeptly apply ‘critical thinking’ results in better decisions that will improve overall business performance.
