Overview

Research shows that when organisations undergo major change, it’s not only exceptionally disruptive, but stressful for employees and can lead to disengagement. However, change is the one constant at work and in life.

However, between working through unprecedented levels of workload that need managing, a complex work environment to navigate through and family pressures to juggle, it is no secret that people experience so many emotions on any given day.

Managing emotions takes time and energy away from both important work and people who matter most to one. However, while people understand rules around what behaviour is acceptable, they are not taught to manage their emotions effectively; this results in misunderstandings and conflict within the team, affecting productivity and morale.

Understanding how to manage emotions is the bridge to better team communication and collaboration, better self-management and self-leading team members, resulting in higher levels of productivity and self-fulfilment.

This training brings together three key skill sets: emotional intelligence, social awareness and relationship building.

In this immersive training, delivered by Glass Rock Solutions, participants will increase their ability to accurately understand their own emotions, others’ emotions and their own response to different and difficult situations, thus enabling them to influence any circumstance with clarity and strength.

This workshop facilitates for the participants a journey of self-awareness and builds the foundation of self-reliance and resilience.
