Change Leadership Training

Businesswoman giving presentation at multiracial group

Duration 1 – 2 days

Overview

This program is designed for organisations and teams going through change or transformation.

Changing an organisation’s culture is one of the most difficult leadership challenges. That’s because an organisation’s culture comprises interlocking sets of goals, roles, processes, values, communications practices, attitudes and assumptions.

The elements fit together as a mutually reinforcing system and combine to prevent any attempt to change them.

That’s why single-fix changes, such as the introduction of teams, or Lean, or Agile, or Scrum, or knowledge management or some new process may appear to make progress for a while, but eventually the interlocking elements of the organisational culture take over and the change is inexorably drawn back into the existing organisational culture.

Changing a culture is a large-scale undertaking, and eventually all of the organisational tools for changing minds will need to be put into play.

This organisational change program provides participants with an insight into a pragmatic hands-on approach to change management within their role, where they will learn how to own, guide and lead the delivery of engaging, successful change management.
