Building Creativity and Problem Solving

rew of creative designers discussing ideas and sharing opinions

Duration 1 day

Overview

Today’s global business environment is highly competitive and fast-paced. Creativity is crucial for organisations to gain, and maintain, a competitive advantage. Creativity fuels ideas, challenges the status quo and opens the door to fresh new opportunities.

Creativity is crucial for generating ideas, as well as problem solving. Research proves that creativity is a skill that can be taught; people can indeed learn techniques that boost their creative thinking.

However, organisations that want to develop and nurture creative thinking must also create environments in which imagination and ingenuity are encouraged, in which employees have the freedom and flexibility to experiment with and explore new opportunities. This requires a tolerance for taking risks and embracing the potential for failure.

Participants will be able to focus on having a process to work through to take the anxiety out of problem solving by being solution-focused and then applying best practice decision making strategies learnt during the workshop.

This is an immersive and fun workshop where participants will discover keys to unlocking their creativity with ease and as needed when time is of the essence.
