Preetie is the founder and director of Glass Rock Solutions and an authority on change management and transformation. She is a highly experienced consultant and trainer, an expert profiler and a keynote presenter.

When you train with Preetie, you train with a versatile and dynamic Board Certified Transformation Specialist. You will receive the benefit of, and access to, skills and acumen developed over two decades in Consulting and Training environments as well as a decade of experience in building and running training and consulting businesses. In her career Preetie and her team have designed and delivered world-class award-winning consulting and training solutions for billion dollar organisations utilising the NLP body of works, best practice change management methodology, human resources and expertise in building outcome-focused competency frameworks.
