Stress Management Workshop

Young business people group have meeting and working

Course duration: Half a day – 2 days

Overview

Here are the facts about stress:

  1. Stress can be positive or negative, which influences one’s quality of life.
  2. One’s ability to manage personal stress directly impacts one’s ability to sustain their success at home and work.
  3. Poor health, poor decision making and premature aging are all direct results of a stress not managed or poorly managed.

In this 1-2 day tailored immersive workshop, participants will understand stress and how it can impact us both positively and negatively. They will learn to recognise key emotions that are common triggers of stress.

Participants will walk away with stress management strategies specific to them, to enable them to actively create an emotional and physical state where they are feeling calm, able to breathe easy and think clearly. On-going practice of the strategies learnt in this training will see them achieving more at work and home.

    GLASS ROCK CLIENT TESTIMONIALS

“Just wanted to thank you again for an interesting day yesterday.  I wasn’t looking forward to it as I assumed it would be the usual dry and dusty approach of legal jargon, documentation and dotting the i’s, and crossing the t’s.  Instead it was something different and more aligned with what vendor management can be (and covering areas Boral ICT are seriously challenged with at the moment).”
