Project Branding Training

Executive manager leading the meeting

Course duration: 1 – 2 day(s)

Project leaders who embrace a brand mindset will be in a stronger position to achieve their goals and deliver on the organisation’s business strategy.

Why is project branding important?

Project branding creates preference and loyalty amongst your audience. Project branding gets your customers’ attention and commitment in a world where they are bombarded with multiple internal projects demanding their time and attention.

Increased credibility, more influence and stronger engagement are only three of the many results of having a project well branded.

“Just wanted to thank you again for an interesting day yesterday.  I wasn’t looking forward to it as I assumed it would be the usual dry and dusty approach of legal jargon, documentation and dotting the i’s, and crossing the t’s.  Instead it was something different and more aligned with what vendor management can be (and covering areas Boral ICT are seriously challenged with at the moment).”
