Experts in Change Adoption and Training
PRINCE2® is widely used as a project management approach across the globe, and it is also increasingly being used in conjunction with Agile practices. This course, delivered by Glass Rock Solutions, provides specific guidance on how to use PRINCE2® in the context of Agile.
The strength of PRINCE2 lies in areas of project direction and project management, while Agile has a very strong focus on product delivery. Combining PRINCE2 and Agile delivers an integrated and seamless approach to managing and delivering modern projects.
This course focuses on how to use both models together. It is a prerequisite that students considering this course are currently certified in PRINCE2 Foundation or PRINCE2 Agile Foundation, and secondly that they have a basic understanding of what Agile is.
The course includes a copy of the official PRINCE2 Agile publication, which is permitted for use in the exam.
By completing this course, students will have sufficient knowledge to sit the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner Examination. The exam is held on day four of the course.
The PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner Examination is a 2.5 hour scenario-based objective testing multiple choice exam consisting of 50 questions worth 1 mark each. It requires a pass mark of 30 out of 50. It is an open book exam.
