The P3O Guidance brings together a set of principles, processes and techniques to facilitate effective delivery of portfolio, program and project management and this training is recommended for anyone who is involved in project management.
Glass Rock delivers this training online or onsite. This course builds on the Foundation Training and prepares participants for the certification exam.
The exam duration is two hours and 15 minutes. It is an open book assessment, consisting of multiple choice questions and requires a 50% pass to attain Portfolio, Programme and Project Office (P3O) Practitioner Certification.
