P3O stands for Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices. A P3O model provides support for programs and projects of all types that aim to bring about change within an organisation.

The P3O Guidance brings together a set of principles, processes and techniques to facilitate effective delivery of portfolio, program and project management and this training is recommended for anyone who is involved in project management.

Glass Rock delivers this training online or onsite. This course builds on the Foundation Training and prepares participants for the certification exam.

Exam

The exam duration is two hours and 15 minutes. It is an open book assessment, consisting of multiple choice questions and requires a 50% pass to attain Portfolio, Programme and Project Office (P3O) Practitioner Certification.

Learning Outcomes

P3O Guidance assists those designing, implementing and operating their respective portfolio, program and project offices, in measuring and assessing their respective maturity, as it relates to the use, support and organisational uptake of the services provided by the portfolio, program and project support office.
