What is leadership? Such a simple question but one that continues to create debates among the consultancy world.

  • Leadership is not about seniority or one’s hierarchical position in an organisation.
  • Leadership is not about titles.
  • Leadership is not about personal attributes.

Leadership isn’t management.

So, what is leadership?

The Glass Rock Personal Leadership training program is designed to allow the participants to work through what leadership is, and will give the attendees an opportunity to explore their own leadership style, identify their leadership strengths, identify leadership gaps and build effective plans to close them.

This program gives senior team members and the team an opportunity to broaden their skill-set to bring higher level thinking and operating to the team.
