Fast Start in Project Management is part of our five-day Project Management for Practitioners, which presents opportunities for students to participate in the three-day course, or the more expansive five-day course.
Overview
This training course, delivered by Glass Rock, is designed to give participants a solid foundation in the concepts, tools and techniques of formal project management. While introductory in nature, the concepts and methods learned are intended to be immediately usable in the workplace.
The course is a combination of both presentations and group participation exercises so participants can explore the concepts presented to them and attain ‘hands on’ experience using what they have learned. This course is available as in-person training onsite, or online.
