This program delivers coaching principles, tools and techniques in the context of leadership and performance management.

Executives will learn advanced rapport building, metaphor construction and three specific coaching models to facilitate and drive performance while building a team with a strong sense of belonging. They will learn the power of reframing as well as transformational language/vocabulary to lead the team into a solutions/outcome mindset.
