Experts in Change Adoption and Training
Duration: 1 – 2 day(s)
Often, we label people ‘difficult to get along with’ simply because we have not taken the time to understand them, and then, inevitably, conflict arises.
In this life-changing course, participants learn how to get along with ‘difficult’ people, with ease. Course materials cover: the root causes of conflict, how certain behaviours impact others, how to better understand people by reading their non-verbal cues and asking questions and seeking resolution in discussions, rather than an argument.
People who take this course are often surprised to realise that conflict can be a positive interaction in relationships when it is used to achieve greater mutual understanding.
Whether it’s a conflict involving customers, staff or management, this course, delivered by Glass Rock Solutions, will equip participants with information as well as practical techniques they can use to approach others, diffuse conflict and seek negotiation as a path to resolution.
This is a fun, highly immersive course, where participants will practise what they are learning in simulated scenarios within the training.
