Collaboration is the key to highly functioning teams.

Collaboration Skills Training bring groups together in a safe space where they can explore their own team dynamics and learn highly valuable skills which will improve their ability to get along together. These skills include: understanding how our unconscious behaviour drives us, creating self-awareness of our own unconscious behaviour,  different communication styles, high quality listening skills, how to have ‘difficult’ conversations and the key attributes of highly functioning, productive teams.

Collaboration is more than building workplace culture. Collaboration is about learning to respect and value the diverse styles and skills people bring to teams, and how to work together effectively, to bring out the best in each other, for the purpose of reaching a common goal.

This is a powerful course, developed by Glass Rock Solutions, to help individuals to understand themselves better, as well as how they operate within teams. It also provides practical insights and tools which teams can implement to improve their collaboration.
