This 1-2 day program, presented by Glass Rock Solutions, will provide participants with practical skills that will enable them to ‘hit the ground running’ straight away to facilitate highly engaging, outcome-focused group sessions, using a combination of proven methodologies to ensure participants develop confidence and maximise their unique individual presenter strengths and personality.
This course is designed for anyone who will be involved in facilitating groups’ thinking and decision making.
Participants will gain the confidence to facilitate clarity within audiences of varying levels of seniority and subject matter expertise to cohesively achieve the desired outcomes.
