Duration: 1.5 days

This course is a continuation from the Change Management Foundation course and it is recommended that to achieve the best learning outcomes, students undertake the courses consecutively.

Because change is happening at a faster pace than ever before, to be successful, businesses need to be nimble and able to quickly adapt. To do this effectively, equipping team leaders with Change Management skills is vital – this ensures a smooth transition no matter what the circumstances, whether it be a merger, the provision of new services or products, team restructuring or simply creating remote work forces.

The Change Management Practitioner course takes the key learnings from the Change Management Foundation Course one step further, enabling students to develop an understanding of how to apply and tailor Change Management guidance in a given organisational change situation.

The Change Management Foundation and Practitioner courses are certified. Upon completion of this combined qualification, students will have the knowledge and understanding necessary to contribute constructively to teams specifying, developing, implementing and sustaining change initiatives.

Key Topics

  • Change and the Individual
  • Change and the Organisation
  • Communications and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Change Management Practice
