Experts in Change Adoption and Training
Duration: Half a day
Overview
Employee turnover or ‘churn’ is a high problem for many organisations, which seriously impacts the bottom line.
But recently, the results of a seven-year study in the USA showed that organisations that put into place a mentoring culture have little difficulty in attracting quality young professionals. What’s more, retention results climbed to 69 percent for mentors, and 72 percent for mentees.
There are great long-term benefits for both the mentee and the mentor in the relationship. This course, delivered by Glass Rock Solutions, is designed to help mentees understand the objectives of the relationship, as well as their responsibilities and obligations.
It is specifically designed to help mentees articulate what they want from the relationship and ways to contribute to ensure that they are maximising its benefit.
Target Audience
This course is designed for anyone in an organisation who is about to enter into a mentoring relationship (formal or informal) as a platform for learning and growth.
