Design Thinking Training

Business man making a presentation at office

Overview

This cutting-edge problem solving framework has been designed for leaders to achieve breakthroughs in social innovation within the organisational landscape to deliver business benefits.

To accelerate the outcomes of this program, the program will be illustrated in and through ‘Serious Play’.

While design was historically a tool of consumerism, able to make products more attractive, easier to use and more marketable, there is now a realisation that design can deliver a competitive asset within organisations.

Simply put, it is about applying the design framework in the earliest stages of social innovation within an organisation to deliver significant social outcomes.

Social outcomes delivering compounding organisational benefits can include, but are not limited to:

  • Conscious business engagement
  • Powering employee engagement
  • Exploring dynamic non-traditional collaborative partnerships
  • Questioning if a social problem is in itself a business strategy.

This program, delivered by Glass Rock Solutions, is designed to facilitate a meaningful approach for resolving problems where there is little opportunity to learn by trial and error and where every attempt counts significantly.

Target Audience

For individuals within an organisation who are already in leadership or management positions and are consistently challenged by complex problems that need resolving with little room for a trial and error approach.
